Short, plain English. The full version will replace this at launch.

Your account.

You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Keep your password to yourself. One person per account. You can delete your account any time from Settings.

Acceptable use.

Use JobCoolPilot for your own job search. Don't scrape the service, resell access, reverse-engineer the Copilot, or use it to harass anyone. Don't use the Copilot in a context where your interviewer has explicitly disallowed real-time assist — that defeats the honesty we're trying to protect.

Billing.

Free forever for the free plan. Pro billing is monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro access through the end of the current period. No refunds for the current period unless required by law.

Availability.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't promise it. We'll tell you when we break something, fix it, and publish a post-mortem if it mattered.
