The short version, before the legalese lands.

What we collect.

Account email, resume text you upload, job applications you track, and — if you use the Copilot — audio and transcripts from interviews you actively record. That's it. No tracking pixels on marketing pages, no third-party session replay.

What we don't do.

We don't train models on your interview transcripts. We don't share company names with other users. We don't sell your data to recruiters, employers, or data brokers.

Retention.

Interview audio is deleted 90 days after the interview unless you explicitly opt in to longer retention for review. Resume revisions are kept until you delete them.

Your rights.

Export or delete your data any time from Settings. EU and UK users have full GDPR rights; California users have full CCPA rights. For any privacy request, email privacy@jobcoolpilot.com.
