The market is flooded with AI tools that promise the moon and ship template slop. We built JobCoolPilot because the job search deserves a tool that respects the reader's time.

Every feature starts from a narrow question: did this actually move someone closer to an offer? If not, it gets cut. That's why the Copilot exists and the resume builder is boring — they both move the needle, which is the only metric we accept.

We're engineers. Our users are engineers. We ship at engineer quality because anything less would embarrass us in front of our friends.

Ethics & transparency.

The Copilot is real-time interview assist. We believe tools like this should be disclosed. Our position: if your interviewer would be uncomfortable knowing the tool exists, don't use it — and we won't sell to employers who forbid its use.

We won't train on your interview transcripts. We won't share company names with other users. We delete audio in 90 days unless you opt in. Full ethics statement is in our privacy policy.
