How does the 14-day callback refund work?
If you start Pro and don't get a single recruiter callback within 14 days, email support@jobcoolpilot.com and we refund your annual payment in full — no questions, no scripts, no win-back funnel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /settings. You keep Pro until the end of the current period. Annual cancellations after the 14-day window keep access through the paid year.
Do you offer a student discount?
Not yet — and we'd rather keep Free generous (30 practice minutes, 3 tailorings, unlimited search) than build a coupon flow. If Free isn't enough for your search, the math in the calculator above usually shows Pro pays back inside two interviews.
Do you have a team or recruiter plan?
Not yet. We focus on individual job-seekers. If you want to bulk-license Pro for a bootcamp or career-services org, email founders@jobcoolpilot.com and we will figure something out.
